1.1 I forgot something to order, what can I do?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to adjust your order online. But we understand that you don’t want to pay shipping costs twice. If you want to change your order the same day before 15:00, please call us. Then we take care of the right solution.

1.2 Can I send my order urgently or do something for a specific date?

Any order received by us before 3 pm on weekdays will be sent on the same day. Your package will be delivered the next day, but sometimes it may take two or three business days. If you want to receive your order the same day, please call us.

1.3 I'm a beginner and would like to make a nice cake, what do I need?

There are several options and ingredients for making a cake and decorating with marzipan or fondant. We recommend the following items to beginners:

Mix for Biscuit 1kg (with this you can make 3 round cakes of 25 diameter). Mix for butter cream 1 kg (with this you can make the cream that comes between the cake and spread a very thin layer of it over the cake to keep the marzipan sticking) Another tasty filling is Mix for Pastry cream 1 kg, you only need to make with water. For a 25 cm pie round you use about 500 grams of marzipan or fondant.

1.4 I would like to order a cake at Sweet Choice, is that possible?

Sweet Choice is a webshop in cake supplies, we do not sell ready-made cakes. You can look at our selling points at our website there you can find some shops who make cakes on order.

1.5 I can’t find a product I previously ordered in the webshop. How is that possible?

It may be that a product is temporarily sold out, which is then taken from the webshop. As soon as it is back in stock, we will ensure that the product is back online.

1.6 When can I expect my order?

Once an order has been placed and paid before 15:00, it will be sent the same day. This means that an order that is ordered and paid on a working day before 15:00 by Ideal, PayPal, Credit Card, Postpay or Billink will be sent on the same day. You can follow the status of your order in your account. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email.

1.7 How can I track my package?

If you want to track your package then you can request your track & trace code.

1.8 My package has been sent, but it's not her yet! What to do?

If you placed an order and paid before 3 pm and received an email that your order was shipped, the package will be delivered, in 99% of cases, the next delivery day. It may happen that you receive your package a day later. If your package has not been delivered after two or three days, please contact us.

1.9 What if I'm not home to receive my package?

You can choose, for example, to enter your work address as delivery address. If you are not at home, and the package delivery agent arrives at that moment, it may be that he will take the package and offer the next day or your package will be delivered to the neighbors. In both cases, the deliverer will put a letter in the mailbox.

1.10 I want to deliver my package to someone else or at work. Do I’ve to do something?

If the customer name is different from the name on the nameplate at the door, the carrier may refuse to deliver the package. When you choose a different shipping address, make sure that the name matches that address. For a work address please mention the company name.

1.11 What if something got damaged?

We try to pack and send the products as well as possible. It may be that something happens on the way causing products to be damaged. If the damage is such that you can’t use the products please contact us. Keep your order number with you.

1.12 A wrong article has been delivered, and now?

It’s possible that an incorrect article may be accidentally packed. We appreciate if you contact us so that we can provide a solution. By reporting, you also help us to prevent these mistakes in the future. You can contact us by email or phone.

1.13 What are the delivery times?

Both carriers deliver between 8 am  and 6 pm. But we don’t have influence on their planning.

1.14 What are the shipping costs?

The Netherlands Free shipping at € 39, - or more! Under € 39, - the shipping costs are € 4.95.

Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany Free shipping at € 59, - or more! Under € 59, - the shipping costs are € 4.95.

Other Europe € 19.95 for every 30KG.

1.15 Can I also collect my package?

If you wish, you can pick up your order at our pick-up point in Vaassen. This is possible from next working day at 15.00. In consultation, a different collection time is possible.

1.16 Do you have a physical store where I can shop?

We do not have a physical store ourselves, but there are physical stores that sell our products. An overview of these stores can be found on our website.

1.17 Are the prices on the website including VAT?

All our prices include VAT.

1.18 My order is on pending, what does that mean?

This means that the system has not yet been able to link to the order. Once a payment has been made, the status will change.

1.19 I'm getting an error when paying. What should I do now?

You can go back to the webshop after logging in and log in to your account. There you can complete the order again. If this is not the case, you will need to reset the order. If you are not sure if something went wrong, please contact us.
