Returns may only after a confirmation from our customer service. We create a return number for you, so we easily process your shipment after receive. Your return shipment shoudl enclose at least:Copy Invoice and the confirmation email with the return number from our customer service. Your return shipment must be prepaid. Insufficient return shipments will not be accepted. We aim to solve your return shipment within 5 days. New shipping costs and returns shipping costs are for your own.
